Dear Oliver,
I'm a little behind in my letters to you. It is hard to believe my baby boy is a year old! The beginning of the past year was long and difficult but once you hit four months, the rest of the year flew by. It's amazing how much you have learned so quickly over this past year, and especially over the past few months.
At twelve months old:
- You love to flip light switches on and off
- You continue to be a good eater. You especially seem to love mangoes, avocados, and cheese but you will eat anything.
- You walk like a pro.
- You love climbing up stairs.
- You babble a lot but don't say too many words yet. Only "ot-oh," "mama," and "dada" (but you don't know that mama and dada are us).
- You love pulling the Tupperware our of the cupboard and putting it all over the kitchen floor.
- At you 12-month wellness check, you weighed 19 lbs., 5 oz. (putting you in the 5th percentile for weight), you measured at 29 1/2" tall (putting you in the 35th percentile for height), and your head wa 17 3/4" in circumference.
- You are happy and healthy and we love you!
